The Challenge

Insight

Social media has created a culture of filtered content that can lead to stress and anxiety among Gen Z. The constant exposure to the seemingly perfect lives of others can distort reality and make it difficult for individuals to accept themselves and their lives as they are. This is a great time for Gen Z to take a break from social media and focus on living in the moment. By finding joy in life's simple pleasures, individuals can reduce their stress levels and find greater fulfilment.

There’s a need to take pressure off of a pressured generation.83% of Gen Z feel pressure to reach traditional life milestones. 

Solution

A Kitkat social media campaign that goes against the norms, empowering a pressured gen Z community to just be free. Advocating for finding joy in adventure and fun, because life doesn’t always have to be so serious.
